Quick Guide: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customized products and perishable goods cannot be returned.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days from the date you receive your order. Please note that due to the nature of certain products, some items cannot be returned or exchanged (see section below).

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and product nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Items: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to our return address (provided in your authorization email).
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Refund Timeline and Methods

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refund Methods:

  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged/defective items.
