Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance. Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we send a confirmation email that your order has shipped.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US Dollars. We accept the following payment methods:

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information to keep it current and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our discretion.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and product nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Grass Seed (Perishable product with limited shelf life)
• Hydroponic Growing Media (Hygiene reasons – cannot be resold once opened)
• Indoor Plants (Living products that may be affected by transport)
• Garden Flowers (Perishable nature and seasonal considerations)
• Customized or Personalized Items (Made specifically to customer specifications)

Return Process

To return an item:

1. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. We’ll respond within 48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging
4. Send the package to our return address (provided in your authorization email)
5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged/defective items.
